Exchange Policy

We offer a 5-day exchange policy, which means you have 5 days from the date you receive your package.You can request an exchange only if there is a fit issue. If the required size for that style is unavailable, we will provide store credit so you can purchase another style.

In case of exchange Item Flat Shipping Fees will be "200 INR" (For Transportation Cost).

HOW TO HAND OVER AN EXCHANGE PARCEL

• All exchanged items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed and returned with original packaging and tags for hygiene reasons.
  
• Please make sure that the exchanged items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
  
• Please make sure that you include the shipping label while returning the parcel.
  

5 days Return and Refund Policy 

We hope you never receive a damaged or faulty item, as every piece is hand-checked and carefully packaged before being delivered to you. However, if you believe there is a manufacturing defect or you have received an incorrect order, we will accept a return of that product within 5 days and issue a refund for the item.

As we can personally assist you and resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Bold Curve will reimburse you for the postage of your returned parcel if your swimwear is faulty or been packed incorrectly.
